CD150, also known as SLAM (signaling lymphocyte activation molecule), is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD150 is expressed on lymphocyte subsets (B and T cells), dendritic cells, and endothelial cells and is up-regulated upon activation. In combination with CD48, CD150 has been demonstrated to be a useful marker for hematopoietic stem cell studies.
