CD328, also known as sialic acid binding immunoglobulin-like lectin 7 (Siglec-7), is primarily expressed on the surface of NK cells and monocytes. The cytoplasmic domain of CD328 contains immunoreceptor tyrosin-based inhibitory motif (ITIM). CD328 functions as an inhibitory receptor of NK cells.
