The Maxpar Mouse Intracellular Cytokine I Panel Kit is designed for use with fresh or frozen sources of mouse leukocytes, including splenocytes, thymocytes, bone marrow and lymph node cells, and cell lines. The kit contains all the reagents needed for CyTOF® measurement of 8 major mouse cytokines. This panel kit is compatible with the Maxpar Mouse Spleen/Lymph Node Basic Phenotyping Panel Kit to allow for the comprehensive immunophenotyping of cytokine-expressing cells.
